Texas Shrimp Casserole

8 oz. thin noodles
1/3 c. margarine
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. Salt and pepper
1 tsp. Onion and garlic powders (You do not have to use the powders)
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Shredded medium or sharp cheddar cheese
1-16 oz. Whole kernel corn drained
1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp

Cook noodles. Melt margarine, add flour, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder and stir until smooth. Add milk and cook until thick. Add cheese. Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
